The signs include one for an "ART SCHOOL," a tribute sign about General Lafayette speaking from the porch in 1824, a sign for a "PUBLIC STENOGRAPHER," a board labeled "FISH CO," and a painted sign for "FRUITS VEGETABLES" with illustrations of various fruits and vegetables. The building has wood siding and multiple levels with a balcony-like porch structure.
