Sculptor, American, 1858 - 1945

The sculpture is a relief of a female figure in profile. The subject's features include flowing hair that sweeps back from her face, and she appears to be looking forward with a serene expression. The sculpture is mainly of a beige or light brown color. The sculpted surface of the medallion is a circular shape, and the figure seen within it is carved delicately to show fine details of the face, hair, and partial shoulder. There is an 'A' monogram located at the bottom left of the relief.
