This is a drawing of an old man with long hair and a beard surrounded by sacks with labels related to labor conditions. The man, seated at a table, is holding three large sacks marked "30-Year Old Pay Scale," "Fewer Clerks," "Reduced Sick Leave," and a prominent one labeled "Longer Hours." Beside the man is a small character standing by a candle in a holder, holding a sign that says "To Associated Charities." The drawing uses strong lines and cross-hatching to create texture and depth. The text at the bottom of the drawing reads "The New Uncle Sam."
