This is a hand-drawn image depicting a fictional satirical exhibit display of the Atlantic Charter. The drawing shows three figures labeled "FDR GUIDE," "CHURCHILL," and "STALIN" standing around an empty exhibit case with a sign stating "ATLANTIC CHARTER NOT SIGNED AUGUST 14, 1941. THE ORIGINAL COPY IS NOT HERE ON EXHIBITION - THERE ISN'T ANY." The FDR character is pointing at the exhibit, the Churchill character is gesturing towards it, and the Stalin character is holding his hat.
