This is a drawing of a physical altercation between two individuals. The scene depicts a struggle between two characters, one of whom is wielding a large object to strike the other. The other character is in a defensive posture, holding onto a cane or stick. The background shows an onlooking crowd. The composition uses contrast and shading, common in satirical illustrations. Text at the bottom alludes to a peace congress and disarmament.
