This is a drawing of a small group of people trying to hold onto a rope from an airborne hot air balloon. The scene shows two figures, one holding onto a string attached to a floating hot air balloon, being pulled slightly forward as they struggle against the force. The balloon is drifting diagonally upwards from the left to the right side of the drawing. The figures include a small person standing still and another being pulled along the ground, with their hat flying off and a bundle or basket falling to the ground. In the background, there is a slightly shaded landscape with trees and a land horizon.
