The image shows a cartoonish character commanding a line of identical skeletal soldiers. The character has sharp facial features, a tall hat with a plume, and is dressed in a military uniform. Their arm is extended outward as if giving an order, holding a whip or baton. The soldiers are lined up in front of the character, extending into the distance. The background is minimal, with a flat ground.
