Artist, American, 1879 - 1943

The image shows a construction site from a slightly elevated perspective. There is a red machinery, possibly an excavator, in the foreground, with several figures around it. In the distance, there is a large beige-colored building with green and blue accents near the left edge of the composition. The sky has swirling clouds in blue and gray. Earthy tones dominate the color palette, with touches of red in the machinery, and bare branches of a tree are visible to the right.
