The image shows a seascape with a shoreline, ocean, and sky. The horizon is in the middle, the sky is dark with patches of light breaking through the clouds. Lines and textures are created by parallel and cross-hatched strokes, depicting waves. The shore has curved lines showing the tide. The color palette is monochromatic with dark ink and light paper. The ocean appears tumultuous, waves seem to roll towards the viewer, with cloudy and light patches in the distance.
