This is a drawing of two figures struggling against the wind. The image depicts strong gusts of wind causing the clothing of the figures to billow dramatically. One figure is on the left, wearing a voluminous dress, while the figure on the right is wearing a heavy coat and holding onto their hat. A hat is seen flying off into the air. The artistic style is reminiscent of 19th-century caricature work, with exaggerated features and expressions.
