Artist, American, 1938 - 2011

The image shows elongated, yellow trapezoidal shapes converging at a point above, creating a three-dimensional abstract composition. The shapes resemble beams of light or pillars extending from the ground towards a central sphere partially obscured by cloud-like formations. The arrangement of lines and forms gives the impression of a futuristic structure or large-scale pavilion supported by the beams. The overall combination of elements creates the sense of being underneath a grand, celestial canopy.
