This black-and-white photograph shows two women in a kitchen. One woman stands on the left next to an oven, her hands behind her back. She wears a white apron over a dress with a collar, and she has short black hair with patches of gray by the temples. The woman on the right stands behind a counter with a sink on it, her hands resting on the counter. This woman wears a dark sweater over a collared white shirt with a dark skirt, and she has a necklace on. She has short white hair. Both women appear to have pale skin; the woman on the right seems to have slightly lighter skin, but that could be due to her proximity to a wide window on the right. The kitchen has wooden cabinets, a tiled backsplash, and different silver appliances. On the right is a glass door set into a wall with floral wallpaper. Below the photograph are several lines of handwritten text on the off-white paper.
