This is a drawing of two figures manipulating mannequins labeled with political themes. The image depicts a satirical scene where two men on the left and right are depicted manipulating lifeless, mannequin-like figures. The mannequins are labeled with words such as "MARINE" and "PRESIDENCE." The figures manipulating the mannequins are portrayed in a somewhat exaggerated, caricatured manner. The drawing appears to be monochromatic.
