This is a drawing of a legislative assembly depicted in a black and white caricature style. Various exaggerated figures are shown in what appears to be a scene of parliamentary debate or discussion. Some figures are seated, one is in motion, and others are gesturing animatedly. The exaggerated features reflect emotion and satire, commonly used in caricatures to capture the dynamics of political assemblies.
