This is a drawing of a geopolitical map with a figure stretching across the region labeled "Russie." The figure represents Russia and has a bloated midsection, lying from Saint Petersburg to Sevastopol. It wears a military-style outfit with an oversized hat and its limbs extend over areas on the map like "Circassie" and "Sebastopol." Ships are included in the background.
