This is a black and white photograph of an urban street scene. There is a parking garage with vintage cars parked in the foreground, and a building with a "Texaco" sign and "Park Ave Parking" signage. The building has arched windows and a fire escape. The garage has three open bays, with a car visible entering or exiting one of them. An exterior sign displays parking pricing, and a large sign on the right side reads "J.T. Anderson."
