The sculpture is of a bird with a long, curved beak and sleek body. The bird is depicted with its head bent downwards. The material of the sculpture appears to be a dark, metallic substance with a shiny, reflective surface. The entire sculpture is a dark color with hints of rust or red patina visible around the feet and base. The bird stands upright with its wings folded to its sides, each feather detailed to mimic a bird's wing. It is placed upon an octagonal base of similar material. The sculpture appears life-sized or slightly larger.
