This is a drawing of a metal fireplace andiron. The drawing shows a decorative andiron with a bulbous top and ornate, curved legs ending in round feet. There is also a line drawing of the same object in elevation view with measurements marked in inches. The signature "HANS KORSCH" is present in the bottom right corner.
