This is a drawing of a political assembly. The top section shows a chaotic scene in an assembly hall with numerous figures seated in the audience, all focused on an individual speaking from a podium. The bottom section depicts two figures engaged in a secretive conversation behind curtains. The drawing captures the spirited and sometimes contentious nature of political assemblies, as well as the undercurrent of private discussions that can occur.
