The image shows a group of six adults sitting on deck chairs on a ship's wooden deck. Three men and three women are seen in the scene. The men are wearing caps and long coats, with one man holding a notepad and another reading a book. All three women are dressed in long, heavy coats with decorative hats. They have their hair styled in a way that complements their hats, and one of them is seen leaning back with her head resting on her hand. The women are also covered with large soft blankets, one of which appears to be made of fur. The deck is part of a ship, with portholes and lifeboats visible in the background, along with a ladder leading to a higher part of the ship.
