The sculpture portrays two individuals engaged in a baseball game. One individual on the left is a pitcher, adorned in a red shirt with yellow accents, blue pants, red socks, and brown shoes. The pitcher is shown in a dynamic pose with one arm back as if pitching a ball. The second individual on the right is a batter, wearing a striped gray and yellow shirt, yellow pants, and brown shoes, holding a bat ready to swing. A figure in a red shirt is supporting the batter. The sculpture is placed on a base with the inscription "DARKTOWN BATTERY" and decorated with baseball symbols. Multiple colors are used for the sculpture, including red, yellow, blue, and brown.
