The image depicts three men standing in a group. The man in the middle faces forward with his head turned to his left, looking at the man on his left. The other two men face him from either side. The man on the left wears a coat, a wide-brimmed hat, and curled hair. The central man wears a feathered hat, a jacket, fitted pants, and a cloak draped over his shoulders. He holds a sword or stick in his left hand. The man on the right wears a cap and a draped cloak. Each man has distinct facial features and expressions. The background includes large trees with detailed leaves and what appears to be a fence or wall with rounded finial tops.
