The image depicts a pastoral scene with a cow grazing in the foreground, while two more cows graze in the distance on sloping terrain. The horizon is softly defined with trees, and a figure with a hat stands to the right. The color palette is subdued, with muted grays and browns providing a calm atmosphere. The brushstrokes and lines are fluid and spontaneous, capturing the essence of the scene. Trees and a structure are sketched in the background.
