The image shows a construction site with layers of earthworks. The viewpoint is slightly elevated, looking across the site. The horizon is at the top of the image, separating the land from the cloudy sky. Structures, including buildings under construction, are visible. The scene is monochromatic with blacks, whites, and grays. The terrain has sharp cuts creating terraces. In the distance, there are cut earth mounds leading up to the horizon where more structures can be seen.
