The ring of light is / from the sun appearing along the rim of the moon. A U.S. team of Lock- / heed Aircraft Corp., and Air Force personnel made 137 exposures during a / 37-second period to get information on the moon's gravity--data to be / used in planning future lunar flights and landings.
