The image depicts a man seen from the back, standing upright with hands clasped behind his back. He has short, light-colored hair and is wearing a dark, long-sleeved shirt under light-colored, vertically striped overalls. There is a tear in the fabric of his right sleeve near the elbow. He also wears a dark, wide-brimmed hat with a hole in it. The background is shadowed with a wooden structure on the left side and the ground appears to be covered in straw or dry grass.
