A large wooden barrel sits on a low wooden platform next to a tall plank of wood. Both are set against a backdrop of vertically aligned wooden boards that form a fence or wall. The image features a monochromatic color palette, ranging from dark browns to light grays. In the foreground, to the left, the barrel is positioned slightly off-center with a shadow cast across the ground. To the right is the leaning plank, with its shadow stretching towards the bottom of the image.
