This is a drawing of a shoreline scene. The illustration shows a rocky coastal landscape with a figure lying motionless on the rocks near the water. Above, another figure stands with a somber expression, observing the scene. In the background, a partly sunken ship can be seen off the distant coastline. The setting is dramatic, with rough seas crashing against cliffs and the remnants of human tragedy evident on the shore. The etching lines and shading convey a tumultuous atmosphere, highlighting the seriousness of the scene.
