The sculpture depicts a nude woman seated on a rock with cloth draped around it, cradling a small child who appears to be nursing. The woman has her head gently bent down, looking towards the child. Her long hair is partially tied up behind her head. The child has small wings that are visible emerging from their back. The sculpture is light in color, with a natural cream hue, and it has a smooth texture.
