The image depicts a woman standing and facing slightly to her right. She has a warm expression, with her eyes and lips partially visible. Her hair is covered with a light-colored headscarf. She is wearing a dark long-sleeved dress with a high collar and white lace or ruffled collar. The dress has a fitted bodice with buttons down the front, and lace or ruffles on the cuffs.
