This is a painting of an eagle with outstretched wings, perched atop a shield adorned with the American flag. The eagle, depicted in a golden-brown hue, has its wings spread wide and mouth open. Beneath the eagle is a shield featuring the stars and stripes motif of the United States flag. Two American flags are draped on either side of the eagle in a semi-arc. The background is plain, enhancing the central elements. The painting is reminiscent of symbols used in official government seals and emblems.
