This is a drawing of an eagle emblem with a shield and radiating rays. The composition features a stylized eagle with outstretched wings holding a shield with stripes and stars. Behind the eagle are grayish rays radiating outward. The elements are detailed with shading, giving them a three-dimensional appearance. A pencil sketch is visible to the right.
