The sculpture features an Indigenous figure in traditional attire, including a blue feathered headdress, red garment with white sash, gold bands on the arms and neck, and a warm brown skin tone. The figure stands on a rectangular base with wheels, poised with one arm raised and the other lowered. The craftsmanship and color scheme suggest a design meant to be viewed from various perspectives.
