The image shows several figures gathered around an infant in a makeshift crib. The scene includes people kneeling or standing around the infant, some looking down at the child. The central figure holding the infant has delicate facial features and is centrally positioned. The individuals have varied hairstyles, mostly long or shoulder-length and wavy. They are dressed in flowing robes and wraps. One person is holding a lamb. Cherubs hover above the scene with wings spread wide. The setting is a rustic structure or stable with a partially thatched roof and support beams. In the background, hilly landscapes with trees are visible.
