The image shows a street scene with buildings viewed from a town square. A large, light-toned building with a red-tile roof and distinctive round window is on the right side of the composition. Long shadows suggest late afternoon. The brushstrokes are subtle, creating a realistic, slightly textured appearance. Warm earthy tones are used for the buildings, contrasting with the blue sky and greenery. A hill is visible in the distance.
