The image consists of bold black lines forming abstract shapes resembling skulls with exaggerated features and flowing lines. The drawing distorts and elongates elements of the skulls, creating connections to familiar objects. The skulls have rounded craniums and hollow eye sockets, with a contrast of black on white. The phrase "I hear the scream in nature. Munch" is written at the top.
