The sculpture is an emblematic medallion featuring a depiction of an early fire engine with two large wheels, a hose or piping system, and a bell on top labeled "Liberty Bell." The sculpture is round and appears to be made of dark-colored metal. The medallion has a small circular loop at the top. Below the fire engine image, there are letters "F. I. Co" engraved. The overall appearance is flat and somewhat two-dimensional with embossed details.
