This is a photograph of a row of dilapidated apartment buildings. The image shows a three-story brick structure with wooden balconies on each floor. The balconies appear worn, with some of the wood splintered or broken. There is an assortment of items cluttering the balconies, including barrels, crates, and what may be laundry or fabric hanging from railings. Wooden staircases provide access to the upper floors from the exterior. In the foreground, a lot of debris and litter is scattered across the open ground. The lighting suggests it is daylight, highlighting the texture and condition of the structures.
