The image shows a close-up of the lower abdomen and genital area of a person lying down. Their torso, from the chest to the thighs, is visible, and their position appears to be supine on a bed, partially covered with a patterned hospital gown and some white sheets. The person's hands rest on their abdomen, one hand just below the sternum and the other near a tattoo on the left side of their belly. The tattoo consists of concentric circles in a spiral design. They have a piercing on the genitals and a hospital wristband on their left wrist. The background includes crumpled white sheets and the edge of the hospital gown. Nearby, on the left side, there are pieces of paper or medical tape lying on the bedsheet. The scene is in black and white, emphasizing the textures and contrasts of the fabrics and skin.
