The image shows an upper body close-up of a person, focused from the shoulder to just below the chin. The person is sitting or reclining, with their head slightly tilted back. The person's face is partially visible, displaying stubble on the chin area and lips that are lightly parted. Long, dark hair is visible over the ear, but most of the hair is out of frame. The person is shirtless, and a tube with medical tape is attached to the chest, leading internally just below the collarbone. There is a window in the background through which a silhouette of a city skyline can be seen, with some buildings visible against the sky. Part of the frame of a chair or similar structure is visible to the right.
