The image is an etching of three figures in left profile. The central figure is a woman, seated and leaning slightly forward, with curly hair and a shawl covering her head and shoulders. To her left stands an older figure in a hood, and to her right is a child holding a bowl or hat-shaped object. The background is plain with cross-hatching and textural shading, with faint letters and numbers in the upper left corner.
