The image shows an architectural scene with a slightly elevated perspective. A large rectangular building dominates the right side of the scene, constructed with what looks like carved stone. The building has a series of windows and arches. Some trees are visible on a ridge beyond the building. The sky is depicted with dynamic brushstrokes, echoing the flowing lines of the etching technique. The scene is in a monochromatic color palette of warm sepia tones, creating a sense of antiquity and depth, with shadows casting patterns on the ground.
