This is a photograph of a row of phone booths in a confined space. The image shows several identical booths arranged in a linear fashion, each equipped with a wall-mounted telephone and separated by partitions made of white-painted cinder blocks. Each booth has a metal shelf and a round metal stool attached to the floor, positioned in front of a large window. The lighting is bright and even, with minimal shadows, due to the fluorescent lights in the ceiling. The floor is covered with a brownish-tan vinyl or linoleum surface.
