This blurry black-and-white photograph shows a woman as she sits or kneels on the ground, facing us, with her arms extended outward to each side. She has pale skin and long dark hair, and her facial features are dark and blurred, although she seems to have an open mouth. She's dressed in dark clothing. Near her, on the left, a child lies face-down on the ground, wearing a light gray shirt, white pants, and black shoes. The child is angled horizontally, near the bottom left corner. Their arms seem to be tucked under their torso. The background is indistinct and blurry, with curving black and white lines running across the middle, separating the light-colored ground from a muddled gray background.
