This is a painting of a garden estate layout plan. The full-description shows a bird's-eye view of a meticulously designed garden plan with symmetrically arranged pathways and landscaping elements. In the center of the layout, there are circular and star-shaped patterns created by flower beds and hedges. A statue enclosed in a glass dome is depicted on the left side. Trees and vegetation are arranged carefully around the pathways. The outer sections contain clusters of trees and a small structure, possibly a gazebo or a small house. The painting is titled 'The M. Ward Estate – The Blackwell Survey 1860'.
