This is a painting of an illustrated layout of a property. The illustration depicts a planned aerial view of an estate named "The George Taylor Property" based on "The Blackwell Survey 1860." Two buildings with angular roofs are centrally placed along parallel lines and pathways. Surrounding these structures are sections of manicured gardens featuring round and square shapes with greenery, pathways, and central features. A white picket fence borders the bottom edge of the layout. At the top-center, a statue on a pedestal is surrounded by colorful flower beds and circular plant arrangements. Rectangular red-brown plots, potentially garden beds, are in the upper left quadrant. The overall style reflects a formal, ornamental design associated with affluent properties from the 19th century.
