The image shows a large, transparent glass compote with a rounded bowl and pedestal base. The color palette is primarily a translucent aqua-blue with subtle shades of green and reflections from light. The compote is centrally positioned, slightly tilted, displaying its curves and contours. A scale with measurements is seen in the lower-left corner, and the signature "Janet 1937" is in the bottom right corner.
