A patchwork of peaked roofs spreads in front of us in this square black and white photograph. We look at the neighborhood from between two houses, where a child pushes a wagon or toy baby stroller in the driveway. Low, puffy clouds float in front of a hazier screen of clouds in the top half of the picture.
