The image depicts a man from the waist up, wearing a historical military uniform. He stands facing forward, with his right arm bent and hand resting on a cloth-covered surface. The man has distinct facial features, a mustache, and short hair. He wears a matching hat, with a row of buttons down the front of his uniform and a belt with a rectangular buckle. The backdrop is plain, and the man is framed within an ornate oval frame featuring American flags, stars, and other motifs. The frame is set within a larger square with a textured border.
