The image depicts a head and upper-torso portrait of an individual facing forward. The person has short, curly hair and distinct facial features with a neutral expression. They are wearing a dark jacket with large buttons over a striped, high-collared garment. A wide-brimmed hat with a bow or ribbon is on their head. There is a badge or ribbon pinned to their left chest with text on it. The background is plain and neutral, likely from a studio portrait setting, and the photo is an aged, sepia-toned print.
